[Oneworld] One World Flag test email #5

Hi All,

Just doing a quick test of a new configuration of the One World Flag list. This list has been basically inactive, and now hopes to begin sending out at regular intervals (not a lot, maybe 1-2 per month max). As this/these test/s are complete (hopefully a max of maybe 1-2 more emails max), I will begin the process again by reminding everyone about the list, how to use it, modify your profile options and experience, etc.
